This Senior Associate supports the Canadian Tax Growth Enablement team as it translates business priorities into coordinated market activity. You will coordinate events, campaigns, proposals, and business development enablement while working with Tax leaders and internal specialists. The position offers broad exposure to marketing, events, project coordination, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, webcasts, and client programs
- Maintain client, invitation, registration, and event tracking lists
- Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and follow up with stakeholders
- Manage review, approval, and publication processes against deadlines
- Organize SharePoint sites, Teams channels, libraries, and templates
Requirements:
- One to three years of relevant coordination or marketing experience
- Experience with projects, events, campaigns, or stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint
- Previous agency experience would be considered an asset
