Within EY's HR Technology practice, the Recruiting Lead – Manager advises clients on technology journeys spanning candidate experience, workflows, and compliance. Lead multi-country implementations involving Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Employee Central, and Onboarding. Coordinate HR, IT, and vendor teams while managing governance and solution integrity. Key Responsibilities:
Advise HR leaders on global recruiting transformation roadmaps Facilitate workshops translating hiring strategies into solutions Manage multi-country implementations and local compliance alignment Coordinate cross-functional teams delivering integrated recruiting solutions Establish governance for recruiting processes and system design Requirements:
Minimum eight years in HR technology consulting At least five years in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Deep RCM and RMK technical expertise Experience with Employee Central and Onboarding integration Excellent project management and analytical skills Bring transformation leadership, SAP SuccessFactors expertise, and integration knowledge to EY's global recruiting technology programs.
