As a Senior Associate, you will help plan, coordinate and execute Tax campaigns, events and business development programs. The work spans marketing, communications, digital and content activities. You will collaborate with Tax leaders and internal teams while maintaining organized deliverables. Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint, support daily coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support regional and national Tax campaigns and growth initiatives
- Maintain client, invitation, registration and event tracking lists
- Coordinate logistics for events, webcasts and conferences
- Maintain project plans, timelines and status trackers
- Manage review, approval and publication processes
Requirements:
- One to three years of relevant coordination experience
- Experience coordinating projects, events, campaigns or stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams and SharePoint
- Extremely organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Post-secondary business, marketing or communications education is an asset
