Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting implementations across global programs
- Configure workflows, requisition templates, pipelines, and offer management
- Integrate Recruiting with Employee Central, Onboarding, and third-party systems
- Mentor teams and establish recruiting technology governance frameworks
Requirements:
- Minimum eight years in HR technology consulting
- At least five years focused on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
- Deep expertise in RCM, RMK, integrations, and compliance
- Experience leading complex, multi-country technology transformations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
