Key Responsibilities:
- Shape recruiting transformation roadmaps with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting implementations, including RCM and RMK
- Configure workflows, requisition templates, pipelines, and offer management
- Integrate recruiting with Employee Central, Onboarding, and third-party systems
- Mentor delivery teams across onshore and offshore models
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Eight years' HR technology consulting experience minimum
- Five years focused on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
- Experience leading complex, multi-country technology programs
- Strong executive presence and facilitation skills
