This individual contributor role reports to the Senior Manager, MarTech Solution and Innovation. You will build campaigns, maintain workflows, and improve marketing operations. The work spans lead scoring, routing, databases, segmentation, integrations, and campaign support across United States time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and integrations
- Execute campaign plans with content, web, field, and events teams
- Refine lead scoring and routing logic to drive MQL follow-up
- Maintain databases, segmentation, profiling, and audience targeting strategies
- Monitor technical issues and provide timely marketing team support
Requirements:
- Seven to nine years in demand generation or operations roles
- At least two years of hands-on Marketo administration experience
- Understanding of lead scoring, routing, and SLA management
- Proficiency with automation platforms, CRM systems, and webinar tools
- Strong organization, analysis, problem-solving, and project management abilities
