Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and enhance Workday Core HCM and Learning modules
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams on solutions
- Conduct impact assessments for system changes
- Prepare training materials and process documentation
- Monitor data integrity and conduct audits for system effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience with Workday
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Workday certification preferred
