Lead clinical services across Manitoba as a part time Regional Manager, applying nursing leadership and long term care expertise. Travel is required.
Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee Nursing and Clinical Programs across homes. The position supports regulatory compliance, Extendicare standards, Continuous Quality Improvement, and clinical program implementation. You will guide Directors of Care, Registered Nurses, and care teams through consultation, education, coaching, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote regulatory compliance and Extendicare clinical standards
- Monitor high risk clinical issues and follow-up
- Support Directors of Care and nursing practice
- Implement and update clinical programs
- Monitor CQI and clinical initiatives
Requirements:
- Five years' senior management experience in long term care
- Current Registered Nurse provincial registration
- RN or BScN with relevant continuing education
- Current CPR certification and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel
