Reporting to the Accounts Receivable and Billing Supervisor, this full-time advisor supports Extendicare's ParaMed corporate team. The work includes posting deposits, processing adjustments, and managing financial information. You will use Procura, AlayaCare, Workday, and Microsoft Excel while supporting timely accounts receivable processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve banking information from online platforms
- Enter cash receipts into Procura, AlayaCare, and Workday
- Process monthly pre-authorized payment files accurately
- Reconcile funding, service data, and daily bank statements
- Handle client documents and resolve billing discrepancies
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills
- Experience with AlayaCare considered an asset
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Client-focused communication and problem-solving skills
