Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments and maintain care documentation
- Execute resident care/service plans and adjust as needed
- Manage medications following safety standards
- Facilitate family education and care conferences
- Respond to medical emergencies and significant resident changes
Requirements:
- Registered as an RPN in the relevant Province/State
- Experience in senior care environments preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Must hold Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening required
