Provide patient-oriented nursing care as a part time Registered Practical Nurse with Extendicare, applying clinical judgment and person-centered practice.
Support residents through planned care, treatments, and medication administration.
Reporting to the Director of Care or Director of Health and Wellness, the Registered Practical Nurse delivers goal-directed care under provincial standards.
You will coordinate care plans, communicate changes, and work with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements
