As Associate or Senior Associate, you will support structured and project finance transactions at Export Development Canada. Key Responsibilities:
- Research industries, sectors, regions, and comparable projects
- Construct cash flow models and conduct financial analysis
- Support due diligence on complex project finance loans
- Prepare credit packages and participate in documentation negotiations
- Manage stakeholder engagement and assist portfolio oversight
Requirements:
- Finance, international business, or related graduate education
- Minimum two, five, or seven years of relevant experience
- Direct project finance, structured finance, or investment banking experience
- Financial modelling, credit analysis, structuring, diligence, and documentation experience
- English communication, negotiation, and spreadsheet proficiency
