Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor schedule definition processes to ensure that A220 Customer Services projects are successfully achieved.
• Build a strong relationship with the A220 Customer Services business units (BUs) to gain an in-depth understanding of the department’s priorities.
• Support the program support team in the project management of in-service aircraft issues, especially by coordinating internal and external activities between the different A220 Customer Services BUs.
• Manage the projects under your supervision based on project management best practices, including LBIP, by implementing the required planning and ensuring follow-up while managing interdependencies within your project and with others.
• Be responsible for using project management software tools, Planisware, and techniques to create, maintain/update, and control project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules as needed, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track.
• Ensure project schedule control by helping the project team manage changes to the project schedule, including baseline change control.
• Implement the required dashboard to track project deliverables progress and any other related indicators.
• Plan the right resources at the right time in the project while taking into account the operational reality of the deliverables.
• Optimize project efficiency, resource allocation, and overall project success.
• Implement the required cost tracking for the projects under your responsibility and ensure its maintenance.
• Collaborate on financial exercises and perform the necessary follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Aeronautical Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience. You have at least 5 years of experience in program management or project leadership in a technical or aeronautical environment.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in planning tools, MS Project, Planisware, and project management methodologies, including the Agile approach. PMP certification is an asset.
• Leadership and Autonomy: Recognized for your proactivity and rigor, you demonstrate a high level of commitment and a strong sense of responsibility, while also being eager to share your expertise with colleagues.
• Communication and Influence: With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to influence stakeholders at all levels and maintain a commitment to professional integrity and customer focus.
• Language Required: French.
