Your Role
- Help families and business owners make smart decisions about protection, wealth accumulation, and financial independence.
- Develop customized insurance and investment strategies that align with client goals.
- Grow and manage your client base while leveraging our training, CRM systems, and marketing support.
- Optionally, recruit and mentor your own team of advisors as you scale into leadership.
Ideal Candidate
- Holds a valid Life Insurance and/or Mutual Funds (or equivalent) license in your province or state.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong integrity, work ethic, and leadership ambition.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for financial education and helping others succeed.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to build a lasting business.
Compensation
