Overnight Wellness Nurse work at Experience Senior Living requires medication management, resident documentation, and dependable care during Sun-Tues 6pm-6am shifts.
The Wellness Nurse supports residents through medication administration, care plans, assessments, and emergency response. This position serves as Charge Nurse when designated leaders are absent. Responsibilities include coordinating trained care partners, maintaining safe environments, and building positive relationships with residents and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medication orders, administration, storage, and documentation
- Implement resident wellness and change-in-condition care plans
- Complete electronic health records, assessments, and incident reports
- Maintain clean, safe rooms and common areas
- Manage emergencies, including disasters and fire situations
Requirements:
- Licensed Vocational Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse license
- Two years of senior living experience preferred
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong organizational and professional communication skills
- Availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and varied schedules
