As a Sales Representative at Experience Hyundai, you will be the first friendly face customers meet on their car-buying journey. Your role is all about listening, guiding, and building trust. You will work closely with each guest to understand their needs and help match them with the right vehicle, all while creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience. What You Will Do:

• Be the Trusted Automotive Expert – Connect with customers, showcase Hyundai's innovative lineup, and help them find the perfect vehicle for their needs.
• Hit Your Goals – Strategically plan and execute sales activities to exceed targets and drive results.
• Deliver an Exceptional Experience – Educate clients on vehicle features, financing options, and ensure a seamless purchase process.
• Close Deals & Celebrate Success – Guide customers through test drives, finalize transactions, and deliver vehicles with confidence.
• Work as a Team – Collaborate with finance, service, and management to maximize customer satisfaction.

What We are Looking For:

• Passion for the Automotive Industry – You love cars and helping people find the perfect one.
• Sales & Customer Service Experience – At least 1 year in a similar role.
• Energetic & Personable – You make great first impressions and build lasting relationships.
• Strong Communicator – Whether in person, over the phone, or through video, you connect effortlessly with clients.
• Highly Organized & Self-Motivated – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay ahead of the game.
• Team Player & Go-Getter – You work well with others but also hustle independently.
• Valid Driver’s License – A must-have for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
