As an experienced Construction Contract Administrator, you will support EXP's growing Western Canada transportation design practice. You will administer complex contracts from award through construction, closeout, and warranty. The work connects design and construction across active sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer complex transportation construction contracts
- Monitor progress, schedules, site occupancy, and completion requirements
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation
- Audit quality, safety, environmental, and traffic-control compliance
- Prepare quantities, progress payments, records, and reports
Requirements:
- Experience administering highway or road construction contracts
- Strong leadership, judgment, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of highway, freeway, or bridge construction practices
- Valid driver's license and Alberta construction travel availability
