Architect enterprise Braze ecosystems with deep platform expertise, CDP integration, and customer engagement architecture at EXL. This is a full-time position. EXL seeks a Braze Architect with 8-12 years overall experience, including 5+ hands-on Braze years and 3+ architect or Developer years. You will define target architectures connecting Braze with Hightouch, Amperity, Amplitude, Snowflake, CDPs, and warehouses. The position leads implementations, migrations, governance, and reusable practice assets. Key Responsibilities:
Define Braze reference architectures across data, identity, and multi-region setups Design secure integrations across CDPs, warehouses, and source systems Architect Canvas Flow journeys across customer messaging channels Establish Liquid personalization and Braze AI architecture Lead reviews, risk assessments, and performance planning Requirements:
5+ years hands-on Braze experience Two enterprise Braze implementations or migrations with architect ownership Expertise in Canvas Flow, Liquid, APIs, SDKs, and Currents Strong Hightouch, CDP, Amplitude, or Snowflake experience Advanced SQL and Python or JavaScript proficiency Bring Braze architecture, CDP integration, and customer engagement expertise to EXL’s enterprise transformation practice.
