Architecte chargé de projets patrimoniaux, vous coordonnez conception, conservation et administration de chantier chez EVOQ. Le poste s’adresse à une personne intermédiaire à senior maîtrisant Revit et AutoCAD. Vous intégrerez l’équipe Patrimoine d’EVOQ pour réaliser des projets de conservation, réhabilitation et mise en valeur du patrimoine bâti. Vous participerez aux phases de conception et de construction, en coordonnant clients, consultants, entrepreneurs et équipes internes. Vous contribuerez aussi au développement des membres plus juniors.
Principales responsabilités:
- Coordonner les projets de la conception à la construction
- Planifier les échéanciers, jalons, budgets et standards de qualité
- Développer et coordonner les documents contractuels
- Résoudre les enjeux techniques liés aux projets
- Administrer les contrats et suivre les travaux
Exigences:
- Être membre de l’OAQ ou de l’OAA
- Posséder 7 à 12 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Détenir une expérience en conservation ou bâtiments existants
- Maîtriser Revit, AutoCAD et les détails techniques
- Connaître le code du bâtiment et les documents contractuels
