Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to support project planning, coordination, execution, stakeholder communication and project delivery initiatives. You will work closely with business teams, project stakeholders and cross-functional departments to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, manage deliverables and ensure projects align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and resource requirements.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas and document decisions and action items.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations and stakeholder updates.
- Maintain project documentation, records and communication plans.
- Coordinate with business teams, technical teams, vendors and stakeholders.
- Support project implementation, testing, deployment and closure activities.
