The position maintains plant equipment and facilities through proactive inspections, monitoring, and routine maintenance. Key work includes machinery rebuilding, changeovers, production-line setup, tooling organization, and safety participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rebuild and service production machinery and systems
- Perform tooling and machine changeovers accurately
- Set up winders, extruders, saws, and rollers
- Inspect tooling and report repairs or damage
- Support LEAN, 5S, and safety initiatives
Requirements:
- Millwright Certificate or enrolled Millwright Apprentice
- Three years' manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience with 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Strong organization, communication, and teamwork abilities
