This Licensed Optician role combines prescription fulfillment, frame fitting, and customer experience at Pearle Vision. You will evaluate prescriptions alongside visual requirements, recommend lenses and coatings, and support associate and doctor satisfaction. The position also contributes to merchandising, marketing execution, and Managed Vision Care opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fill ophthalmic prescriptions and fit and adapt lenses
- Recommend frames, coatings, and lenses for customer needs
- Measure bridge, eyesize, temples, and optical centers
- Resolve vision issues and support customer satisfaction
- Maintain merchandising, pricing, and marketing standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Required optician licensure or recognized association certification
- Retail or customer service experience with results
- Sales skills and accountability for sales results
- Three or more years of experience preferred
