The Associate Optometrist delivers and leads NECE while partnering with Store Manager and Field Leadership Team. This position emphasizes optometric technology, accepted standards of care, communication, and team development. You will help create a safe, motivating environment that supports organizational growth and successful patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct services according to clinical protocols and accepted care standards
- Provide accurate diagnoses and appropriate patient recommendations
- Establish positive doctor-patient relationships during appointments
- Coach Associate Doctors and audit charts as appropriate
- Transition patients to sales associates regarding prescribed products and services
Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry degree
- Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices
- Developed verbal and written communication skills
- Organization and time management skills
