This Account Manager supports small to medium-sized accounts within Esri Canada's Ontario Sales department. You will develop customer relationships, prospect for opportunities, position solutions, and coordinate engagement with Customer Success and Professional Services. Salesforce supports accurate activity tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support account management and sales activities for assigned customer portfolios
- Develop communication around customer needs, priorities, and business drivers
- Generate opportunities through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach
- Document opportunities and escalate complex risks appropriately
- Maintain customer and sales activity records in Salesforce
Requirements:
- Minimum three years in sales or customer-facing roles
- Post-secondary education in GIS, Geography, Business, or related fields
- Customer focus and clear professional communication skills
- Relationship-building and organizational skills managing competing priorities
- Ability to use Salesforce or similar CRM tools effectively
