About the Role: eSentire is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute field marketing activities across select sales regions. This role is responsible for executing marketing programs and campaigns that build awareness, generate pipeline and support revenue growth in region.

You will work closely with the VP, Channel Programs & Marketing, regional sales leadership and in-region channel leadership to deliver field and channel activities that move prospects through the buyer’s journey. Your focus will include bringing the company’s value proposition to life in region to support new business, expansion and renewal revenues.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the regional marketing plan and own execution of the agreed calendar of activities for responsible regions (including channel partners, tech alliances and direct sales).
  • Execute modern, multi-channel programs tailored to the requirements of each region, including a series of online and offline events.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics — venue and vendor coordination, registration, promotion, budget tracking, on-site support and post-event follow-up.
  • Roll out campaigns and programs to Sales, ensuring reps are briefed and enabled for optimal lead follow-up.
  • Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive awareness in the marketplace and build pipeline for Sales.
  • Track and report on the performance and ROI of field marketing activities, and share results and feedback with Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Support customer reference, referral and retention programs, including identifying candidate customers and helping produce case studies for use in marketing campaigns.
  • Execute channel marketing activity aligned to the regions, including partner-focused (virtual and in-person) events, joint programs and initiatives, and support the administration and tracking of partner MDF programs.
  • Maintain accurate campaign records, budgets and reporting in Salesforce and the marketing automation platform.

Requirements:

  • This posting is for an existing vacancy.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in B2B marketing (ideally cybersecurity or enterprise software).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with sales, marketing and product teams to build effective working relationships and programs.
  • Demonstrated success executing marketing programs and regional projects, and coordinating creative agencies and vendors, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Pardot, ABM and other marketing software.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel within the East and Central regions for events as required.

Compensation Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 CAD. This range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
