Reporting to the Lead, Business Systems, you will act as an internal consultant across core business applications. The work combines configuration, customization, integration, reporting, and technical support. You will help stakeholders use systems effectively while supporting scalable business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, customize, implement, and integrate business applications
- Configure, test, deploy, and own system customizations
- Provide training and ongoing technical support to users
- Develop reports, dashboards, process documentation, and diagrams
- Recommend tools supporting improved business processes
Requirements:
- Three or more years administering Salesforce and NetSuite
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce tools, features, limitations, and security
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
- Hands-on SuiteScript, SuiteBilling, and SuiteAnalytics experience
- Working knowledge of Power BI
