Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through email and phone calls
- Find solutions and arrange customer payments
- Update accounts using exchanged documents
- Meet weekly call and collection targets
- Complete skip tracing tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, softphones, and CRM systems
- One to two years of administrative or customer service experience preferred
- French and English bilingualism is an asset
