Support ProAll mixer customers through hydraulic troubleshooting and equipment training, using phone, email, video chat, or in-person service. Travel is required.
The Customer Support Technician reports to the Customer Service Manager and resolves technical issues for customers. You will troubleshoot mixer operations, calibration, maintenance, warranties, and repairs. The work includes customer communication, field support, training delivery, documentation, and coordination with engineering and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support across phone, email, video, and in-person channels
- Conduct mixer calibrations, on-site troubleshooting, and customer training
- Investigate parts needs and collaborate on mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic issues
- Register support and warranty issues using applicable software
- Create technical reports, guides, videos, and training materials
Requirements:
- Valid trade certificate or three to five years relevant trade experience
- Hydraulic and electrical circuit troubleshooting expertise is highly valued
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office business applications
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and organizational communication skills
- Valid Canadian passport and willingness to travel internationally and domestically
