Ernestine's Women's Shelter seeks a strategic Senior Manager of Development and Communications to lead fundraising, donor engagement, and communications. You will report to the Executive Director and oversee 2-3 direct reports, shaping a diversified revenue strategy and sustaining life-saving services for survivors of violence.
You will build long-term donor relationships, manage major gifts, and guide communications and campaigns, including events and digital channels, to advance Ernestine's.
