ErinoakKids seeks an Overnight Program Support Facilitator to provide compassionate support for children and young adults with autism or complex medical needs at our Brampton site. This permanent, part-time role focuses on behavioral intervention and respite services.
Be part of ErinoakKids' dedicated team working on-site, with a schedule from midnight to 8 a.m. on weekends. You will support implementation of behavioral strategies, assist with daily living activities, and foster a caring environment. Your input will be vital in promoting social and communication development among clients, as well as working closely with therapists and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavioral intervention strategies for young clients
- Assist clients with personal care and mobility
- Plan and evaluate leisure activities for children
- Maintain a safe, engaging environment for development
- Document client progress and assist in data collection
Requirements:
- Child & Youth Worker diploma or relevant experience
- Experience with autism and complex medical needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
