This is a unique opportunity to join a team that is establishing the verification foundations for a new market segment. You will help shape test strategy, quality governance, automation, and validation methodologies while working closely with systemization, requirements, development, and product leadership teams. The organization embraces modern engineering practices including AI-enabled verification, CI/CD integration, and sustainable long-term test solutions designed for both current ISAC products and future 6G evolution.

What you will do:

  • Define, drive, and continuously evolve the overall test strategy for the ISAC System Verification organization.
  • Lead test management activities across multiple quality areas and verification domains.
  • Establish quality objectives, test coverage models, and verification metrics that provide clear visibility of product readiness.
  • Work closely with systemization, requirements, feature development, and verification teams to ensure effective end-to-end validation.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative verification methodologies, including AI-assisted testing, intelligent test selection, automation, and data-driven quality analysis.
  • Support the introduction of continuous validation and CI/CD-integrated verification flows that improve speed, quality, and predictability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product Development Groups, System Management, Feature Integration, release and external organizations.
  • Monitor and communicate quality indicators, risk assessments, verification status, and readiness decisions to leadership teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve verification efficiency, test automation, environment utilization, and release confidence.

You will help enable:

  • Validation of both communications and sensing-related functionality.
  • Sustainable verification solutions supporting future ISAC and 6G evolution.
  • Integration of verification activities into modern CI/CD delivery pipelines.
  • Cross-functional collaboration between requirements, implementation, and verification organizations.
  • A customer-focused verification approach that reflects real-world deployment scenarios and operational expectations.

The skills you will bring:

  • Experience defining and executing test strategies for complex and distributed software systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience using quality metrics, test coverage analysis, defect trends, and risk-based testing approaches to drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and introduce improvements in methodologies, tools, and ways of working.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring engineers and technical leaders.

Additional Qualifications Considered an Asset:

  • Knowledge of sensing technologies, radio systems, or advanced wireless solutions.
  • Experience with CI/CD automation frameworks and digital verification flows.
