This full-time permanent position reports to the Director, Product Development. You will design, develop, and deploy solutions for Equisoft/centralize, an insurance agency management system. Apply SQL, microservices, JavaScript or TypeScript, and REST or GraphQL knowledge while collaborating with developers, business analysts, and quality assurance specialists. The work supports connected carrier feeds, paramedical data, clients, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write robust, efficient, secure code from functional analyses
- Analyze features addressing business and technology needs
- Review code and provide constructive peer feedback
- Test scenarios against technical specifications
- Resolve bugs and complex customer issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or equivalent college degree in technology
- Eight to ten years in a similar role
- Excellent Kotlin or Java and SQL experience
- Microservices, React or Angular, and JavaScript or TypeScript
- Knowledge of SOLID, OOP, Agile, and Kanban
