You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to balance supply and demand, resolve challenges in real time, and continuously improve processes. This is a hands-on role for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will manage the flow of materials and finished goods by coordinating planning, inventory, and logistics across the brewery. The key responsibilities and areas of focus include:

  • Supply Chain & Operations Management
    • Oversee procurement, production planning, inventory, and logistics operations
    • Manage and support the logistics team to ensure efficient day-to-day execution
    • Coordinate materials and finished goods across on-site and off-site locations
    • Manage purchasing of raw materials and packaging (e.g., cans, trays, ingredients) to support production needs
  • Inventory & Planning
    • Monitor and optimize inventory levels, storage, and material flow to support production
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and shipment data
    • Identify and address potential shortages, delays, or capacity constraints
    • Forecast material requirements to ensure supplier readiness and continuity of supply
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Work closely with brewing, packaging, and quality teams to align supply with production needs
    • Communicate proactively to address scheduling issues and operational challenges
    • Partner with cross-functional teams in meeting production and supply chain objectives
  • Customer & Partner Coordination
    • Lead regular communication with customers regarding inventory levels, production planning, and order fulfillment
    • Coordinate freight and delivery schedules in partnership with customers and logistics providers
    • Provide accurate and timely inventory reporting to customers
    • Act as a key point of contact to address customer inquiries, changes, or supply-related issues
    • Track and analyze key operational data including inventory, sourcing, scheduling, and delivery
    • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
    • Use data to support decision-making and improve overall supply chain performance
    • Coordinate with suppliers and transportation partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to procurement or shipping
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency with suppliers

What We’re Looking For

  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience with inventory management, production planning, and logistics coordination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment

This is a hands-on role with a wide range of responsibilities. Some of our systems and processes are still being developed, so you’ll have the opportunity to take the lead on driving improvements to support our growing brewery.

Full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday). Occasional extended hours or off-shift support as needed. A fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. A mix of desk-based analysis and on-the-floor coordination. Ability to lift up to 15 kg and stand for extended periods when required.
