As Epson's Field Service Specialist, you will support professional, commercial, and industrial printing products. The work combines field service, electromechanical systems, networking, and customer communication. You will install, maintain, repair, and optimize equipment while helping customers keep production moving and understand Epson technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose product failures and complete on-site or remote repairs
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and configuration issues
- Install Epson products and train customers on equipment operation
- Evaluate customer sites and support product installations
- Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records
Requirements:
- Five to eight years supporting complex printing or electromechanical products
- Field-based troubleshooting, repair, installation, and customer support experience
- Experience with RIP software, color management, and ICC profiles
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and service manuals
- More than 50% travel and Vancouver metropolitan area residency required
