As a Product Owner, you will support Global Surety stakeholders, Product Leaders, Business Analysts, and engineering teams. Apply business analysis skills across Contract and Commercial Surety products. Guide requirements, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and delivery clarification. Use knowledge of bond lifecycles, APIs, data flows, and integrations to support platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand requirements with Underwriting, Operations, Billing, and Product stakeholders
- Document rules, process flows, data requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Translate requirements into Features and User Stories
- Prioritize backlogs based on value, dependencies, and delivery needs
- Clarify functionality for developers and QA engineers
Requirements:
- Two years in Surety, Commercial Insurance, or related domains
- Two years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar
- Experience writing Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum; SAFe exposure beneficial
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
