Manage SAP quality notifications at Emmerson Packaging using organization and cross-functional communication to drive accurate, timely closure. This position supports flexible packaging quality systems.
The Quality Assurance Process Technician manages customer complaints, internal non-conformances, vendor notifications, and non-quality notifications. You will assign owners, track progress, verify root cause analysis and corrective actions, and maintain complete records. The work supports compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review incoming notifications for accurate SAP entry
- Assign owners and follow up through closure
- Verify investigations, root causes, and corrective actions
- Maintain complaint and notification records
- Contribute to quality reports and KPI tracking
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years in quality, operations, or customer service
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP
