- Manage day-to-day operations at various service locations
- Supervise and develop team members effectively
- Facilitate service coordination and community engagement
- Conduct performance evaluations and support strategic initiatives

Requirements:
- Post secondary education in related field needed
- Minimum three years in a supervisory role
- Experience in budget oversight and program evaluation
- Valid Manitoba Class 5F Driver's License required
- Clear Criminal Record Check and CPR certificate necessary
