The Environmental Manager oversees project environmental management and sustainability requirements. This management role supports transportation, energy, industrial, and civil infrastructure work. You will implement environmental systems, manage monitoring, and coordinate documentation with clients, authorities, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Implement, audit, and report Environmental Management System performance Manage project environmental issues and monitoring programs Oversee Environmental Management and Protection Plans Coordinate permits, subcontractors, authorities, and client representatives Prepare reports, improvement plans, and corrective actions Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or relevant discipline 10+ years managing major infrastructure projects Knowledge of Provincial and Federal environmental regulations ISO 14001 Environmental Management System experience Valid driver’s license and background check completion Bring environmental leadership, permitting expertise, and ISO 14001 knowledge to Aecon’s complex infrastructure projects and compliance programs.
