Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage master production schedules effectively
- Oversee work order release aligned with material availability
- Facilitate planning meetings to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Monitor production for potential delays and capacity issues
- Implement continuous improvements in planning processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in industrial engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years in production planning or related field
- Lead planning/scheduling teams for at least 3 years
- Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing
- Bilingual in French and English
