Job Summary We are looking for an experienced
Oracle Fusion Solution Architect
to lead enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle applications, enterprise architecture, and large-scale Fusion implementations, with the ability to lead complex, multi-track programs across functional and technical domains.
The candidate must have successfully delivered multiple Oracle Fusion transformation programs and be comfortable working with senior business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programs.
Drive architecture assessments, application rearchitecting, and enterprise transformation strategies.
Oversee multi-track implementations across Finance, HCM, SCM, EPM, Integrations, Data, Reporting, and Security.
Define integration architecture for Oracle platforms and complex upstream/downstream applications.
Develop migration strategies, transformation roadmaps, and cost-benefit assessments.
Ensure alignment between business requirements, enterprise architecture, and technical solutions.
Work closely with CFOs, Program Directors, IT leadership, and senior business stakeholders.
Provide architectural direction and governance across multiple implementation workstreams.
Lead and coordinate offshore delivery teams, particularly in India.
Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.
Mandatory Requirements
15+ years of experience in Oracle applications and enterprise architecture.
Successfully delivered at least
3 large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programs
in a Solution Architect role.
Strong experience leading multi-track Oracle Fusion implementations covering:
Finance
HCM
SCM
EPM
Integrations
Data and Reporting
Security
Extensive experience integrating Oracle platforms with complex upstream and downstream application landscapes.
Strong expertise in application rearchitecting and architecture assessments.
Experience in migration planning, transformation strategy, and cost-benefit analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage and collaborate with offshore teams, particularly in India.
Strong consulting, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
Good to Have
Previous experience in the Utilities industry.
Enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion modernization and transformation experience.
