We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join a dynamic team and contribute to a variety of client projects across North America. This remote position is ideal for a self-driven, client-focused professional with a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Job Description
- Participate in the delivery of consulting engagements for clients across various industries.
- Analyze business needs, design solutions, and configure and deploy Salesforce functionalities.
- Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure project success.
- Contribute to change management and user training when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Salesforce certifications are considered an asset.
