Engrity Inspection Services Inc. is an ISO 9001:2015 and CWB certified inspection organization based in Edmonton.
We are currently looking to hire QC Admin/Turnover to join our team in Edmonton.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure all ITP stages are signed of all the parties.
- Audit and make weld map and as-built isometric drawings.
- Review and complete weld log and ensure it's completeness.
- Review NDT reports and ensure all applicable reports are available.
- Complete all required clients forms as per the project requirements.
- Review and complete hydro test package.
- Review and complete Torque sheets.
- Ensure all applicable MTR's are available.
- Experienced with pipeline turnover retirements.
- Complete the Turnover binder as per Index and get it approved from client.
- Copy, scan and upload the turnover binder to the client server.
Requirements:
- Minimum of High school diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required in the position.
- CWB Level 1 or 2 preferred but not mandatory.
- Very well versed with all Quality control activities and turnover documents.
- Should be able to manage, monitor and mentor junior person.
- Good computer skills, especially in the use of MS Office, Adobe etc..
- Self-motivated, organized and able to work in high pressure deadline driven environment*
- Well versed in auditing and completing turnover binder.
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
