Leading the technical design of complex structural projects Developing efficient, elegant and buildable structural solutions Advanced analysis across steel, concrete, masonry and timber Reviewing high‑risk or complex designs and providing specialist guidance Supporting project teams with alternative approaches and engineering judgement Driving design excellence, digital innovation and sustainability Capturing lessons learned and improving technical processes What You Bring
Chartered Engineer (CEng MIStructE or CEng MICE) Significant consultancy experience in structural design Exceptional technical capability and deep understanding of structural behaviour Strong experience solving complex, non‑standard engineering problems Ability to guide engineers without taking ownership away from project teams Excellent communication and commercial awareness This role is perfect for a senior structural engineer who thrives on technical depth, enjoys solving challenging problems, and wants to influence engineering quality at scale.
