Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee technical and quality systems across food manufacturing. You will work with Production, NPD and other departments. The role combines quality assurance, compliance, factory-floor checks and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead external audits and meet required standards
- Maintain the site HACCP system
- Manage BRCGS, Kosher and Halal compliance
- Handle customer technical and quality queries
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- Technical or Quality Management experience in food manufacturing
- HACCP Level 3 or above
- Food Hygiene Level 3 or above
- Knowledge of BRCGS standards and food safety legislation
- Experience leading external audits and corrective actions
