As the Service Site Manager, you will facilitate operations at a 55-turbine site and guide a dedicated team of technicians. This role includes health and safety compliance, operational excellence, and strengthening site relationships. You will ensure that maintenance activities are efficiently managed while nurturing a positive team dynamic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and guide technicians in their daily tasks
- Promote safety and compliance with regulations
- Oversee operational execution of maintenance plans
- Manage weekly workflows, scheduling, and on-call rotations
- Report on turbine performance and operational KPIs
Requirements:
- Technical diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years in leadership, with 3 in operations
- Experience in electrical/mechanical fields; wind experience is a plus
- Strong skills in MS Office and ERP/CMMS tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work at heights
