As Training Operations Coordinator, you will plan activities, assist trainers, and support managers and operational teams nationwide. The work includes registrations, logistics, Learning Management System records, reporting, and training communications. You will help maintain accurate certifications, qualifications, and course information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and adjust training sessions across Canada
- Coordinate registrations, communications, and training logistics
- Administer accurate Learning Management System training records
- Track certifications, qualifications, and validity periods
- Prepare monthly activity and performance reports
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent related experience
- Two to five years coordinating, scheduling, or administering
- French and English bilingualism, spoken and written
- Advanced Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
- Strong organization, planning, judgment, and communication skills
