The full-time, permanent Warehouse Manager, Fleet and Facilities oversees warehouse, fleet, facilities, inventory, warranty, and field inventory effectiveness. This leadership role supports technicians, installation teams, customers, and partner functions including Supply Chain, Operations, Service, Installation, Procurement, and Finance. The position drives operational excellence, cost control, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Lead receiving, storage, replenishment, transfers, and shipping Manage fleet utilization, maintenance, licensing, and safety Oversee facilities, contractors, repairs, utilities, and security Improve technician truck inventory availability and first-time fix rates Lead warranty claims, returns, credits, and recovery Requirements:
Seven-plus years in warehouse, logistics, fleet, facilities, or supply chain operations Three-plus years managing teams and operational budgets Degree or diploma in supply chain, operations, logistics, engineering, or business Experience with warranty administration and inventory governance ERP, Excel, Power BI, WMS, Lean, and 5S experience Apply warehouse leadership, fleet oversight, facilities management, and inventory expertise to strengthen Enercare operations in Edmonton.
