Shape client strategy through analytical storytelling and trusted relationships as Encore's Strategic Client Services Manager in a hybrid setting. Translate performance into action.
This individual contributor manages an assigned Encore client portfolio and serves as its strategic day-to-day partner. You will understand client businesses, lead meetings, interpret reporting, and develop recommendations. The role connects client priorities with core operations and internal specialists, while field deployment and people leadership remain with Operations. You will report to the Director of Client Services and work collaboratively across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships across client functions and organizational levels
- Lead business reviews, planning sessions, and client meetings
- Translate dashboards and financial data into recommendations
- Maintain priorities, timelines, budgets, decisions, and commitments
- Advance qualified opportunities within existing client relationships
Requirements:
- Seven or more years of progressive client service experience
- Experience managing complex relationships without direct authority
- Knowledge of Canadian retail, CPG, or field sales
- Strong analytical, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is an asset
