Encore is seeking a Director, Client Technology & Data Solutions in Oakville, hybrid 2 days a week, to lead client technology solutions and the Information Services function. You will bridge client needs with Encore’s data, applications and reporting capabilities, while owning the commercial performance of technology-enabled engagements.
You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure strong service delivery, governance and data quality, and explore AI-enabled capabilities to improve client.
