This Director of Operations role manages daily event technology execution for locations producing more than three million dollars in revenue. You will connect Operations and Sales while maintaining profitability, controlling costs, and achieving organizational goals. The work combines staff leadership, asset management, billing coordination, and technical event support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily equipment setups and strikes for audio visual events
- Schedule staff and delegate tasks according to business levels
- Supervise teams and ensure room sets meet company standards
- Coordinate invoicing activities through the billing system
- Maintain equipment delivery, inventory, safety, and quality standards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three or more years of audio visual experience
- One or more years of supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of live show audio visual equipment
- Experience planning and operating large audio visual events
